EMA CRM is a system I built for a nonprofit that ran on dozens of Excel files. Now every donor, every standing order and every call sits in one place, and each staff member sees exactly what they need.

The work the office does every day.

The screenshots come from the system itself. The names, phone numbers and sums in them are made up.

The list of donors and standing orders — **Donors and standing orders** See who is active, how much comes in each month and which card failed and needs updating. Every standing order moves forward on its charge day and stops when its charges run out.

The details window of a standing order — **Every standing order, to the end** How many charges went through, how many are left, when the next one is and when the last one will be. A charge can be fixed by hand if something did not go through at the payment company.

A campaign call list — **Call lists** Everyone on the list has a status: not reached yet, call back, partner. It changes with one click, and what was said on the call is also saved on the person's card.

**Call mode** The system shows the next person to call with a big call button. A volunteer sitting with a phone does not have to look for anything in a table.

The referral phone book — **A referral phone book** Professionals and organizations by field and area. Type a field and a town and get the right people, with a call or WhatsApp in one tap.

Privacy

The data stays the organization's.

Each organization has its own separate server in Europe. Every staff member signs in with their own account and sees only what they are allowed to. No ads and no tracking tools.
