התנאים האלה חלים על השימוש ב-EMA CRM, מערכת לניהול תורמים, אנשי קשר ושיחות שישראל פריד בנה ומפעיל עבור ארגונים.
למי המערכת מיועדת
המערכת מיועדת לארגונים ולצוותים שלהם. כל עובד נכנס עם משתמש שמנהל המערכת בארגון יצר עבורו. אסור לתת את הסיסמה לאדם אחר.
האחריות של הארגון
- הארגון אחראי למידע שהוא מכניס למערכת, ולכך שמותר לו לאסוף ולשמור אותו לפי החוק, כולל חוק הגנת הפרטיות.
- לפני שליחת מיילים או הודעות פרסומיות, הארגון צריך הסכמה של הנמענים.
- הארגון מחליט מי מקבל משתמש ואילו הרשאות, ואחראי לחסום משתמש שכבר לא צריך גישה.
מה המערכת עושה ומה לא
- המערכת עוזרת לנהל ולעקוב. היא לא מחייבת כרטיסי אשראי ולא מעבירה כסף. הספירה של הוראות קבע היא מעקב לפי יום החיוב, ומה שקובע הוא מה שקרה בפועל אצל חברת הסליקה.
- אנחנו עושים מאמץ שהמערכת תעבוד כל הזמן ושהמידע יישמר, אבל היא ניתנת כמו שהיא, בלי התחייבות שלא יהיו תקלות או הפסקות.
- מומלץ לייצא מדי פעם את הנתונים (יש כפתור ייצוא לאקסל) כגיבוי של הארגון.
שימוש אסור
אסור להשתמש במערכת כדי לשלוח דואר זבל, לאסוף מידע על אנשים בלי רשות, לנסות לעקוף הרשאות או לגשת למידע של ארגון אחר.
אחריות
במידה שהחוק מאפשר, אנחנו לא אחראים לנזק עקיף שנגרם משימוש במערכת או מהפסקה בשירות.
שינויים
אם התנאים ישתנו, התאריך למעלה יתעדכן. המשך שימוש אחרי שינוי פירושו הסכמה לתנאים החדשים.
הדין
על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי.

These terms apply to using EMA CRM, a system for managing donors, contacts and calls that Yisrael Fried built and runs for organizations.
Who it is for
The system is meant for organizations and their staff. Each staff member signs in with an account the organization's administrator created for them. Passwords must not be shared.
The organization's responsibility
- The organization is responsible for the data it enters and for being allowed by law to collect and keep it, including under Israel's Privacy Protection Law.
- Before sending marketing email or messages, the organization needs the recipients' consent.
- The organization decides who gets an account and which permissions, and is responsible for blocking accounts that no longer need access.
What the system does and does not do
- The system helps you manage and keep track. It does not charge cards or move money. Standing-order counting follows the charge day, and what actually happened at the payment company is what counts.
- We work to keep the system running and the data safe, but it is provided as is, without a promise that there will be no faults or interruptions.
- We recommend exporting the data from time to time (there is an export to Excel button) as the organization's own backup.
Not allowed
Do not use the system to send spam, collect data about people without permission, try to get around permissions or reach another organization's data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by using the system or by an interruption of the service.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above will be updated. Using the system after a change means accepting the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by Israeli law.
